“The experience was amazing from the beginning. Carlos our driver made the first impression and he is honestly the best driver we’ve ever had. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and wanted to provide the best quality experience he could. Our jungle guide Alan was also awesome. He carried a speaker throughout the jungle and even helped me get out of my comfort zone by going upside down on one of the zip lines. The entire experience was well worth the money. Make sure you bring cash to tip your driver and tour guide, they really appreciate it. You won’t regret booking. 10/10. Thank you!!!!”

“Great excursion! I would say do it with 2 or more people but, it was still great solo. Food wasn’t that great but was decent. Tequila tasting was fun and probably the best part along with the cenote. Definitely recommend upgrading to the highest package. Luis was a great tour guide. Definitely will be doing it again with a group!”

“We had an amazing experience with 5 Star Excursion! We did the zip line and cenotes, and everything from start to finish was well organized and fun. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having a great time. We upgraded to the VIP package and it was 100% worth it — less waiting, more comfort, and an overall smoother experience. The views were incredible, the cenotes were beautiful, and the zip lines were a blast. Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you’re considering the VIP upgrade. We’d definitely do it again!”
