Ride a pedal-assist bike through Tierra Sagrada, a private ranch near San José del Cabo, with guides such as Isha, Raul, and Michael. You’ll cross cactus-lined desert trails, reach a mostly quiet Pacific beach, then enjoy a Mexican buffet, margarita-making, beer, tequila, and mezcal. Hotel pickup is offered, but allow five to six hours door to door.
